When you have received a verification request from us and you have sent it to us via the site, a moderator will review it. Unfortunately, we may have to reject your verification.

Below we will explain a number of rejection reasons.

Person does not match the advertisement

We compare the photos of the verification with the photos used at the advertisement. If these differ too much from each other, we will reject the verification.

What you can do is replace the photos in the advertisement with photos that are of the person who is verifying and upload new verification photos.
Also; when you advertise as a couple, you must be on the verificationphotos together.

Photos are unreadable

It may be that the photos are of such poor quality that we cannot read them. So make sure that the requested data (date) is clearly legible and that the photos are not moved/blurry.

Not the requested photos

Sometimes we receive different photos than what we asked for. We ask for the photos and what's on them for a reason. If we do not see what we are asking for, we cannot properly assess the verification and must reject it.

Please send only the requested photos.

Used verification photos are out of date

Sometimes we receive photos with a date that is not from today or last week. We ask for recent photos during verification, and a photo you took more than a week ago is no longer recent.

Used photos have been edited or contain a filter

We use your verification photos to verify that the photos in the the ad are really yours. This is not possible if the photo has been edited. Photos with filters don't give a clear picture of what you really look like.

Adjusting dates, editing photos by pasting your face on a photo, etc. are all not allowed.
