What?

The 'reviews' functionality has been added to Kinky.nl for some time now. This means that registered customers can assess a date in detail afterwards.

Why?

Feedback is important to you as a service provider. What you do well is confirmed, while points for attention are identified and can then be tackled. A complaint is a gift!

Realistic, positive-critical reviews increase the reliability of an ad.

Potential customers will be convinced faster to choose you after reading positive experiences from other visitors. Conversely, the lack of the possibility to post a review may be experienced as a drawback when selecting a date.

Filtering on reviews is an additional way for a customer to select a date.

How?

As an advertiser, you decide whether or not you turn on the 'reviews' functionality. You do that via ad management within my kinky. You can switch it on or off via the 'reviews' tab..

In the reviews tab you can also see who posted a review and when. You also see the current status of the review (e.g. pending, whether or not visible, plus the number of stars).

You may respond once per review. Otherwise it will be a yes-no discussion.

Visitors see with your advertisement whether the review function is on and also which reviews and scores you have already received.

A Kinky moderator checks whether a review/comment complies with the rules before posting.
