1. General 
    1. All content must comply with national laws and regulations. 
    2. Kinky.nl is exclusively intended for the promotion of (commercial) sex work. 
  2. Ages
    1. Visitors: You must be at least 18 years old to visit the site. 
    2. Responding to ads: To respond to an ad, you must be at least 18 years old. 
    3. Placing ads: To place an ad, you must be at least 21 years old. 
  3. Content Rules 
    1. Protect your privacy: Do not include contact information or home addresses in text or images. 
    2. Be respectful: Do not post offensive or violent content. 
    3. Avoid inappropriate images: Do not share visual content of blood, feces, vomit, needles, or animals. 
    4. Stay on topic: Avoid content referring to third parties. 
    5. Use punctuation and emojis normally: Use punctuation, capital letters, and emojis in a normal way. 
    6. Write in allowed languages: Texts may only be written in Dutch or English; other languages are not allowed. 
    7. No promotion of pregnancy: Promoting pregnancy is not allowed. 
  4. Your Account

    1. Your account is personal and may not be transferred or sold to someone else.

    2. Do not use temporary email addresses.

    3. Only one account per person is allowed, with some exceptions: 

      • You may have a Couple account with another individual. 

      • You may advertise through a company.

      • You may have a separate account per specific date type, except for Escort Inbound and Escort Outbound — these must be combined into one account. 

  5. Verifications

    1. Verification photos may not be edited. 

    2. For the date type Virtual Sex, verification with a paper showing the website and the date is allowed after customer service approval.

    3. A moderator may request a new Person or ID verification at any time in case of doubt.

    4. Person Verification

      • An approved person verification is required before the ad can go online. 

      • Every advertiser must complete a new person verification every six months.

      • Seven days after the verification request, the ad will automatically go offline. 

    5. ID Verification

      • If a moderator doubts the authenticity, age, or origin of the advertiser, they may request an ID verification. This verification is mandatory; otherwise, the ad cannot go online.

      • Every advertiser working in Belgium is required to complete an ID verification. The photos of this verification are stored in accordance with Belgian laws and regulations. 

  6. Date Type
    With the date type, you indicate what type of date you offer. There are six date types on Kinky you can choose from:

    1. Escort Inbound
      With the date type ‘Escort Inbound’, the advertiser receives the visitor at their home, in a hotel room, or in a club/private house for intimate activities. This date type can be combined with ‘Escort Outbound’. Other date types cannot be combined.

    2. Escort Outbound
      With the date type ‘Escort Outbound’, the advertiser visits the client for intimate activities. This date type can be combined with ‘Escort Inbound’. Other date types cannot be combined. 

    3. Erotic Massage
      With the date type ‘Erotic Massage’, the advertiser offers professional massages. Intimate contact (such as sex) is allowed but is not central during the date.
      The date type ‘Erotic Massage’ cannot be combined with other date types.

    4. Virtual Sex
      With the date type ‘Virtual Sex’, the advertiser offers online services. Offering physical contact is not allowed.
      The date type ‘Virtual Sex’ cannot be combined with other date types.

    5. BDSM
      With the date type ‘BDSM’, the advertiser offers services focused on BDSM. Intimate contact (such as sex) is allowed but is not central during the date.
      The date type ‘BDSM’ cannot be combined with other date types.

    6. Red Lights
      With the date type ‘Red Lights’, the advertiser receives clients in a window street for intimate activities.
      The date type ‘Red Lights’ cannot be combined with other date types.
      It is mandatory to mention in the ad which window street and room number you can be found at.

  7. Reviews

    1. A review must be a truthful account of an actual visit. 

    2. Reviews may not be extremely positive to impress the sex worker, or extremely negative out of revenge.

    3. A review must consist of more than one line to provide sufficient informational value.

    4. Content Guidelines  

      • Reviews must include concrete information, such as the reliability of photos, possible extra charges, the atmosphere, and the reception area. 

      • General comments like "She is amazing" are not allowed.

      • Ratings must be nuanced and only relate to services actually received. 

      • The text and ratings must match. 

    5. Privacy & Prohibited Content

      • The privacy of the sex worker is absolute: 

        • No personal details, distinguishing body features (like tattoos or scars), or personal information (such as family, studies, or job) may be shared. 

      • Recognizable location descriptions are not allowed.

        • No insinuations about drug use or STDs. 

        • No offensive, vulgar, or belittling language. 

        • Only Dutch and English are allowed. 

    6. Responses and Objections

      • Advertisers can post a response to reviews to express appreciation or clarify inaccuracies. 

      • Advertisers can object to a review via:

        • The report button within the review section (a moderator will assess the objection). 

        • Contacting customer service, for sensitive issues or when evidence is available.

      • Advertisers may also choose to disable the review feature.
