A video in the ad is meant to give the visitor a good idea of who they might meet. It is important that the videos clearly show how the advertiser currently looks. 


Requirements for the video: 

  • The video must comply with all house rules
  • The video must be of the advertiser and may not be a lookalike. 
  • The video may show the face, but this is not required. 
  • The video must be recent. 
  • The video must be of good quality. 
  • The video must be relevant to the ad. 
  • The videos should not be too similar to each other. 
  • The advertiser must be clearly visible in the video (close-ups only are not allowed). 


Examples of what is not allowed: 

  • Music in the video due to copyright. 
  • Filters are not allowed (such as Snapchat or Instagram). 
  • Videos with people other than the advertiser. 
  • Videos containing contact information in any form. 
  • Videos of a pregnant belly. 
  • Company info not linked to the advertiser. 
  • Videos containing brand names. 
  • Videos with animals. 
  • Videos with weapons. 
  • Videos of violence in any form. 
  • Videos of mutilation in any form. 
  • Videos with needles, vomit, drugs, blood, or feces in any form. 
  • Videos meant to shock. 


Technical minimum requirements for videos: 

  • At least 30 seconds long. 
  • Minimum resolution of 720x480 (or 480x720 for portrait videos). 
  • Maximum file size of 200MB. 
  • .MP4 file extension.
